The work of the shock absorber affects the safety of movement, comfort, also prevents the rocking of the body, improves the contact of tires with the surface, improves the controllability of the car. In the production of shock absorbers in technological processes, a step-by-step multistage quality control of the products is laid. All shock absorbers of TM “HORT” after their production are tested, which guarantees their reliability in operation.
The shock absorbers TM "HORT" have a two-pipe design. Oil and gas-oil shock absorbers are produced, which differ from each other by the presence of low-pressure gas support. Stocks of shock absorbers are made of high-carbon structural steel of high hardness C45, pass hardening and strengthened with a layer of chromium, which ensures reliable work of the shock absorber throughout its service life. Impregnation of chrome with special anticorrosion improves rod resistance to corrosion and provides a low coefficient of friction. A wear-resistant self-cleaning gland ensures ideal slide of the rod in conditions of frequent temperature changes. The use of this gland ensures an ideal tightness of the shock absorber, protects the friction zone from the ingress of abrasive particles, prevents leakage of shock absorber liquid and gas. To fill the shock absorbers TM "HORT" a shock absorber oil is used, with additives that exclude foaming, withstanding extreme temperature conditions from -43C° to + 65C°.
