TM HORT ball joint is a unit that connects the steered wheel hub and the suspension arm. Its task is to provide the possibility of turning the hub while maintaining the position of the wheel in the horizontal plane during its vertical movement.
All metal parts ball joints TM "HORT" are manufactured directly at the factory and undergo 100% ultrasonic quality control.

Main characteristics of ball bearings TM “HORT”:
• The ball pin is made using cold heading technology under the pressure of a hydraulic press of 500 tons, which allows to increase the specific strength of the parts. To increase durability, all fingers are heat treated with high frequency currents.
• The thread on the fingers is made by the method of surface plastic deformation, CNC machines of the American company HAAS, which preserves the internal structure of the metal, and improves the strength characteristics of the thread by up to 15% compared to the cut one.
• The sphere of the finger is processed up to the 10th class of roughness.
• The use of a one-piece forged body eliminates the possibility of its deformation and the appearance of fatigue cracks, unlike a body made of thin-sheet forged parts.
• TPU high-temperature thermoplastic polyurethane is used for the manufacture of covers (anthers), with a tensile strength of (3-4) times higher than that of rubber compounds. The frost resistance of the anther is up to minus 75 ° С. No plasticizers are added during the production process, which allows it to maintain its elasticity in the cold.
• Coating of the case with paint of the famous brand UZDONGJU provides protection of the product from corrosion during operation.
• Transparency of a cover allows to control a condition and availability of greasing. Hydrated NaSt grease is used in the required quantity, with operating temperature up to 160 degrees Celsius. No need for additional lubrication.
• Warranty: 12 months or 40,000 km.
